Good evening
How is everyone doing? I hope you're all well :)
It has been quite a while and things have been quite a roller coaster ride but all is well and today
I would like to talk about a movie that I was recommended. It's a movie from 2010, but hey, it's got something to do with the other thing I would like to talk about.
The movie is called It's Kind of a Funny Story
It's a comedy-drama film and was actually not as bad as I thought it would be.
I WILL NOT DO A PLOT REVIEW, so if you're looking for a plot review, NOPE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
The story basically runs around a boy who was about to kill himself by jumping off a bridge; however, he still had enough conscience to think about his parents and sister, so he went to the hospital and asked to be admitted to the psychiatric ward....good lad. Well, the movie tells of the five days he spent in the Adult Psychiatric ward. After those five days, he changed people's lives and also got a girl whom he loved and loved him back. It's a happy ending yaay!
One thing I like about this movie is the reality that some people think too much.
I admit, there are times where I think too much and I end up in places I DON'T WANT TO BE IN. But for those of you out there who really thinks a lot and even up to the point that it takes away your health and such, just don't. Some problems are not even there. When we think too much, we end up making problems of our own. It's a bit complicated because not thinking at all would also be considered stupidity. But the point is, DON'T THINK TOO MUCH.
In the movie, the boy actually think too much that he ends up not killing himself, but then again, WHY did he want to kill himself in the first place?? Because he thinks too much on the negative things. Sometimes we have to look at the bigger picture.
Of course, right now everyone has their own problems, but what ever your problem is, DON'T LOOSE HOPE. Always remember, if you are able to read this that means you have access to computer and internet that some people didn't even have the luxury to. Remember that. Always be grateful for what you have.
I do hope my post can help some of you who are having troubles and other sorts. That's it from me and have a nice day ;) Don't forget to smile!
