9th Diamond: Payphone

Since I kept quite some time to search for this, 

IT SHOULD BE POSTED!!!

Well, as we all know, not everyone is okay with listening to songs with

f*ck, sh*t, or anything offensive in its lyrics; therefore, clean versions

are made. However, sometimes, clean versions are quite tricky to find.

FOR EXAMPLE, it took me 1 hour to find this clean version!!

I should've known that youtube is better than google =.="

Anyways, fyi, this song is the promotional single from Maroon 5 on 

their new album. It's called "Payphone" and it features Wiz Khalifa.
As for the music video, it's not out yet, but do remind me to post it as soon as it's released :D

*I honestly still don't know how to make that video bigger =.="

8th Diamond: The Avengers

Just be really honest here, who doesn't love going to the movies?? plus, u got popcorns!

Movies are just a part of my daily life and if there's one good movie,

I'll surely watch it ASAP

and the latest one is "The Avengers"!!!

Super hero movies, who gets bored of them?

and especially if they're Marvel's movies...

just name them all, Spiderman, Ironman, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, 

etc. and the latest one is The Avengers!

It's a good movie to be honest, a really good one. I would watch it more than once

in the cinema :D *Hey, I even watched The Hunger Games twice*

Well, the cinema was full when I watched it and a lot of people reserved the seats

even a week before the movie was released. Sometimes I wonder how rich is the guy

who owns the cinema...he might be a billionare here...

The movie is pretty much a superhero movie, but the action scenes are EPIC

IT IS EPIC I tell you. The plot is basically about the bad guy wanting to rule

the world and as a result, chaos happened, then tadaaaa! the superheroes came to 

save the day! and they fight and fight and fight, until they managed to defeat the bad guy!


I also managed to watch it again at the 1st IMAX 3D theater in Jakarta, and I have to say, 
NOT BAD :)


Truly, it is one of the most recommended movies and if you haven't watch it, 
YOU SHOULD WATCH IT NOW~~~~

7th Diamond: Playful Kiss

I never imagined that I would do a "diamond" on Korean dramas...

but now I did, didn't I? :P

Anyways, the title of the Korean drama is "Playful Kiss"

In my opinion, it's a typical romance story, but somehow entertaining

1. Girl fell in love with the cool and perfect and popular guy at school.
2. The guy critics the girl that causes the girl feel a sort of "hate" towards him. 
3. Something's being bet. In this case, a piggy back ride, which later didn't happen
4. A catastrophe happened causing the girl being saved by the guy.
5. Eventually live together and the story moves on from there :)
6. Skip the middle part of jealousy and rivals, they go to the same university, dated, got married.


THE END 


What's nice to watch is that the casts are actually quite an "eye-candy" at times,
and the cheesyness is just too sweet in a positive way. 
Maybe manga-ers can refer this to a shoujo-manga type, 
and besides, this drama did originated from a Japanese manga.


To be honest, what I enjoyed was the affections the guy shows to the
girl. Every girl loves watching those kind of scenes...not scenes full of lust,
but scenes full of LOVE. Yup, there are kisses in this drama, but they're 
not over-rated, so dear parents, don't worry~ even my mom watches this :P


So in conclusion, this drama is surely entertaining, but it is just another
romance drama.

6th Diamond: Pokemon

POKEMONS! Who doesn't love them???

Who said girls don't play games? We do! But maybe the majority of us doesn't

play games such as Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, or such games, but we do play games!

Pokemons are one of the most enjoyable games in the world!

Who said girls don't play Pokemon?!

So far, I couldn't match up with my friends, male friends who are really good in this

When they asked me to battle, I was like "Okay!" and when the game's on, 

I realized that their pokemon levels are waaaaaayyyyy higher than mine............

so I lost.......

Good thing I had my cuzin with me and he played it until it reached level 90

Guess by that time I thought I could beat my male friends, but I still didn't...

WHAT IS THE SECRET OF WINNING A POKEMON BATTLE REALLY?!!

Anyways, speaking of Pokemons, I heard there's a new game of Pokemon 

coming up :)

I'll post about it again as soon as I got the news, which is probably a bit late,

but isn't that photo cute???

Yea, I play Pokemons because they're cute, u got a problem with that?

5th Diamond: The Mortal Instruments

I've been wanting to post about this one in a while now...and now I am!

Books are always a nice way to get out of reality sometimes, it''s like diving into a world of imaginations, especially when it's enjoyed in the garden, with the soft wind blowing, smell of flowers, a cup of tea, and of course, don't forget the FAMOUS AMOS COOKIES!! 

and one of the books I've been wanting to rant about is THE MORTAL INSTRUMENTS SERIES. 

dun dun duuunnnnnn!

so far, there's only four series of the book, and there's still two more to go, but there are also some good news, THE MOVIE IS COMING OUT!! and guess who are in the cast list?? Lily Collins as Clary, the main character, and Jamie sumthin as the guy, Jace. 

So yes, so far I've read all of the books, four of them and I have to say, City of Fallen Angels is not that necessary to read...it's just like some additional story, and there's way lot of making out scenes...

Despite all the make-outs and almost "sexy time" moments *in book 4 mostly*, it's still a nice series. A nice young-adult novel with an interesting story line. Angels, demons, shadowhunters, vampires, werewolves, fairies, warlocks, hot guy who's deeply in love, and a beautiful girl with a secret to her past, all in one package. 

A MUST-READ YUP!

But of course, if you're looking for books that have an exquisite choice of words, meaning hard words, and a very morally upright book, go read the Bible, don't read this and complain about it =.="

When I read this, it's like reading a movie. YES, it's THAT light.

and don't worry parents, I kind of exaggerate it a bit on the kissing parts. There's not that many of them. And to be honest, Cassandra Clare did put some excerpts from the Bible, so I guess it's not that bad. It's actually good in a way. Like the quote "The meek might inherit the earth, but for now it belongs to the conceited ones like me" - Jace. LOL, love that guy. There's just something about him that's dreamy~

I'm not going to do a review on the book though, you can read all about it in 

wikipedia.com. They have a way nicer review-er with waaay nicer grammar :P

Too bad there aren't any trailers yet, they're still in the process of auditioning

the roles. So far, only Lily and Jamie is officially casted. Oh, and btw, if you're 

wondering who Jamie is, he's that blond guy in the Volturi group in Twilight.

Book 5 is coming out on May 8 2012 and currently, there are even teaser photoes,

4th Diamond: The Hunger Games

"And may the odds be ever in your favor"

What a nice story I have to say. The Hunger Games is truly one of the books one must read.

Yes! It's a must-read!

Of course, if you look hard enough, you can actually find the pdf. of the book on google, 

but then I really prefer supporting Suzanne Collins by purchasing the book.

Oh, and when I said read the book, I mean THE WHOLE TRILOGY

Call me a tribute or anything you call a Hunger Games fan, but it is truly an entertaining book!

The movie is also amazing. They actually put the details from the book. Unlike 

other books-made-into-movies such as Harry Potter, or Twilight.

And the cast is just, OMG, they really fit their roles!

Jennifer Lawrence made the perfect Katniss Everdeen *yup, she's hot!*

Josh Hutcherson is everything about Peeta

and Liam is just the right Gale!

To be honest, when I watch the movie, Gale is more handsome. But finally I realize a charm from Peeta too.

Gale is more on the tough-guy side, but Peeta is more into the affectionate type *despite

the fact that Josh is shorter than Jenn....yes it bothers me*

The setting and music is also awesome!

They did a promotional single called "Safe and Sound" and the song is just beautiful. Even though it is not 

used in the movie, but it fits the movie so well.

Honestly, I can't wait for the next movie.

Yes, I've read the book, but the movie is just as enjoyable as the book!

Guess we'll have to wait until 2013 :)

Anyways, read the book, watch the movie, download the soundtracks, and enjoy~

Oh, and watch the interviews too! They're funny!

Konichiwa!


No I won't be talking about Japan or anything like that, but maybe I will :P
But this time, it's going to be about MUSIC.


I mean, who doesn't listen to music right?


At least you've listened to it once in your lifetime. If you don't, then you should. NOW!


MUSIC IS A UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE


There is nothing you can do about that fact.


Music can affect moods, convey messages, or some other things that are enjoyable. It can be a part of a memory perhaps. Like how certain songs are used for certain movies, or a certain childhood memory. 


So, despite all the random rantings that people might not enjoy reading, I'll post a few songs I recommend. Well, my favorites change as time passes, cuz you can't stop the world from producing more songs!

This guy's awesome~ he can actually write songs with such lyrics and melody. He just released a new album called "Love is a four letter word."


YES!!!!! And the single that was released from the album is called "I Won't Give Up"
Nice title eh?

looks like the video can only be small...I wonder how I can enlarge it...sorry, still new to blogger =.=


so that's the first one, actually, I want to mention Carly Rae Jepsen, since my classmates have been going crazy about it...but, save it for next time I guess
